SCOPE OF SERVICES & FEES Summary of Program:
· Process all insurance claims promptly.
· Post all EOB's and attempt to collect all incorrectly paid claims.
· File of secondary insurance when necessary, cost is 50% of claim charge ($1.98).
· Follow-up by PHONE on all claims filed.
ProMed Billing Solutions works for the Doctor. We will notify the Doctor whenever we feel that our work is being compromised in any way, or, if we are having problems billing weekly.
PROFESSIONAL FEES: $3.95 per HCFA 1500
A claim is defined as a HCFA 1500 (Standard HCFA allows 6 procedures). Since we bill weekly, some HCFA's (depending on patient visits) may not use all 6 lines. Our fee is not for each procedure.
Minimum Bill - Most client invoices (depending on volume) will exceed $450 per month. If, for any reason, an invoice is less than $450, your office will be charged the $450 minimum. In order for ProMed Billing Solutions to maintain a low cost structure and still be efficient, we need to process at least 29 claims per week. In other words, you are paying $114 a week for an insurance expert!
Client will pay a one-time setup fee of $300 mailed with a signed copy of the Agreement Form before any billing begins. |
